School Uniform

Hoodies are not part of the school uniform and are not to be worn to school.

Hoodies can present a significant safety issue with ties getting caught in woodwork/metalwork equipment and students pulling the hood from behind.

Students are more than welcome to wear layers of clothing for warmth under the school jumper or jacket, these should not be hoodies.

All students at Narrandera High School are required to wear BLACK, LEATHER, ENCLOSED shoes for all practical subjects at school.

This is a requirement made by the NSW Department of Education and Training, Occupational Health which we need to follow.

Please ensure your child has a pair, and that they wear or bring them to school on the days they have practical lessons, otherwise they may miss out on the activity and may need to engage in alternate learning.
