Season 3 Thursday Representative Sport (Year 7 - 10)
All season 3 Rep Sport teams have now concluded their seasons. A huge congratulations to both our Boys Cricket teams for an outstanding season. The Year 7/8 team finished as runner-ups, while the Year 9/10 team won their division. Thank you to Mr Fucile and Ms Turner for helping support both of these teams.
Stage 2 and Stage 3 Basketball Gala Day
Earlier this month we sent four teams to participate in the Parramatta Diocesan Basketball Gala Day. Our teams were comprised of stage 2 and stage 3 students. All our teams competed extremely well throughout the day and displayed great school spirit and sportsmanship. A special mention to the Stage 3 Girls team who were undefeated throughout the entire day.
St Luke’s Swimming Trials
On 27/11/24 we held our annual school swimming trials at Charlie Lowles Leasure Centre. On a very hot day it was great to see so many students attend and participate in this event. Students will be told over the next couple of weeks if they have qualified for the next stage - Zone/Diocesan. The Blacktown Primary Zone Carnival will be held early next year for all students who qualify, while the Parramatta Diocesan Secondary Carnival will be held early March next year again for the students who qualify.
Thank you to Mr Rodwell, Mrs Sluiter, Mr Burns and Ms Greening for their support in helping run this event and make it possible.
2025 Parramatta Diocesan Primary Team Sport expressions of interest have now opened for all remaining sports. Please see the following document for further information on what an expression of interest is and how to register this for your child. The following sports are currently open for expressions of interest - AFL, Hockey, Football, Netball, Rugby League, Touch Football, Rugby Union, Softball.
2025 Parramatta Diocesan Secondary Team Sport expressions of interest for some sports have also recently opened as previously communicated.
