Uniform Shop Updates
Appointment bookings for the Uniform Shop can now be made through Compass!
Bookings can be made the same way they are for SSGs, using the Parent Student Teacher Conference function. The Uniform Shop is open by appointment only. Please contact your Campus office if you have any difficulties making a booking and we will make one over the phone for you.
We will continue taking orders via phone/email/hand delivered form.

Uniform Backorders
We sincerely apologize to families who are experiencing delays with uniform items on backorder. Please rest assured that items will be dispatched as soon as they arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Concord School Uniform Shop will continue to operate throughout the term by appointment only if a fitting is required.
All orders will be sent home with your child. If there are any issues with the order such as sizing, we will be happy to provide an exchange. Any exchanges must be made completed within 2 weeks of purchasing and proof of purchase must be shown.

How to enrol:
Visit TheirCare website: www.theircare.com.au and click on ‘Book Now’ in the top right hand corner to register your child’s details.

Their Care support is available during office hours if required on 1300 072 410.
