Deputy Principal

Dear Sacred Heart Community,

Another busy week at our marvellous school, from Grandparents Day to Church visits to Learning Walks to Praying in Pyjamas. Along with a global Maths comp that our students competed in and the last of our formal assessments in English and Maths and before you know it it's Friday and the week is done and dusted! Wow!!

It was great to see so many parents and grandparents on Monday to celebrate Grandparents day and a chance for our school to recognise the valuable contribution grandparents make to our students each day.  A big shout out to all our grandparents ~ thankyou for everything you do to support your children and their children who attend Sacred Heart Preston. We appreciate you A LOT!!!

A big shout out to Kate, our RE Leader and the F-2 Team for running a most successful Prayers in Pyjamas evening held last Thursday night. A great number of families turned up with their children in pyjamas and learnt how prayer is delivered in the junior part of the school. A wonderful night was had by everyone who attended!

Have a great long weekend everyone!

Regards,

Marty
