NAIDOC Week

This year, NAIDOC Week marks a powerful milestone. 50 years of honouring, celebrating and elevating Indigenous voices, culture, and resilience! This week we have celebrated NAIDOC week in our school by recognising the history and significance of NAIDOC Week.

Classes visited the yarning circle to spend time exploring oral storytelling as a fundamental aspect of Aboriginal culture, serving as the primary method for transmitting knowledge, history, and cultural practices across generations.

At the beginning of next term, we look forward to sharing a visual presentation that will celebrate the 2025 theme, "The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy".
