Stage 2 Incursion- Forces

On Monday the 23rd of June, Stage 2 students enjoyed an exciting incursion with Ranger Jamie, linking to our Science unit on forces. 

Through a series of hands-on experiments and demonstrations, students explored how different forces — including air pressure, gravity, and friction — affect the world around us. 

Highlights included launching air-pressure rockets, making slime, and testing how surfaces change the speed of moving objects with billy karts. 

It was a fantastic way to bring our classroom learning to life and spark curiosity about the science behind everyday phenomena!
