Teaching & Learning
Hope Cummins
At our school, we know that learning is a journey we all share, including our teachers. Just as we encourage our students to learn from one another, our staff also value opportunities to learn together, share ideas, and grow as a team.
In Term 3, we are commencing Teacher Peer Observations. These opportunities allow teachers to visit each other’s classrooms, see different approaches to teaching and learning, and celebrate the wonderful work happening across our school.
Peer observations are not about judging or evaluating teachers. Instead, they are about curiosity, collaboration, and sharing the many strengths and ideas that exist within our school community. By opening our classrooms to colleagues, teachers can discover new strategies, reflect on their own practice, and find inspiration in others' approaches.

We believe that when teachers continue to learn and grow together, our students benefit too. Our commitment to collaboration helps us provide engaging, supportive, and meaningful learning experiences for every child.
We are proud of the culture of sharing and teamwork that exists within our school. By learning from each other, we continue to strengthen our community and ensure that every student (and teacher) has the opportunity to thrive.
