Senior Volleyball
On Thursday 26th February, our Senior Volleyball teams proudly represented Lalor Secondary College at the interschool competition held at Darebin Community Sports Stadium. It was a fantastic day of competitive volleyball, teamwork and school spirit across all four teams.
Boys A Team
The Boys A team had an outstanding day on court. They opened strongly with a 2–0 win against William Ruthven, setting the tone early. Their second match against Lalor North was an absolute thriller, going to a third set that was so evenly contested it was ultimately timed out, resulting in a draw. They finished the day on a high, defeating St John’s 2–0 in a confident display.
Girls A Team
The Girls A team also showed great determination and resilience. They began the day with a strong win against SEDA, followed by a tough and competitive match against Northcote. Their final game against St John’s was incredibly close, narrowly going down after a hard-fought contest.
Boys B Team
The Boys B team showed impressive improvement throughout the day. After a close first-up loss to Thornbury, they bounced back with a well-earned win against Lalor North, demonstrating great perseverance and teamwork.
Girls B Team
