College Photo Day

WACOAC College Photo Online orders are open between 29 July to 25 August 2025

Uniform requirements

Students are required to wear their full formal uniform on the day and will also need any other uniforms for group photos eg: sport uniforms, shearing team etc, which they will change into as required, after the formal photos have been taken. As the photos are being taken on a Monday, 11 August 2025, please remember to bring all parts of your uniform (tie, black shoes etc) back to the College if they have been taken home.

How to order

The personalised ordering slips with the unique access code, will be given to students when they arrive within the next few days. Parents will then have two weeks to order their school photos online plus an additional two weeks after photo day. You will need to know your unique access key, which is on the front of your student’s slip, please keep hold of the slip for photo day.

Midland Photos can not release the access key info to parents by phone or email due to the privacy and protection of students. Please contact the College if you have lost your form or are a parent who shares the care of your children on separate days.

On School Photo Day

Students, please bring your school photo slip/envelope on the day, as Midland Photos require it to match students’ photos to names even if you are not purchasing photos. Slips will be handed back to students so parents can still order online after photo day.
