SCHOOL PHOTO ORDERING

 Please see below information to share with the school community about school photo ordering:

 There are two things to remember for parents & guardians who intend to buy school photos.

I have made bold the information you may like to directly copy & share with the school community.

 1 - You can pre-order portrait & class photo packages now, via our website using this code:  G6P6XRDC

 By pre-ordering a portrait and or class photo package you dont pay postage. All pre-order packages will be delivered to school for distribution within three weeks of photo day. 

You can order up to 2 weeks after photo day and still receive free delivery to school.

 2 - We dont use a pre-order system for family photos. 

 We take family photos of any siblings who turn up at the family session on photo day.

Then we give them a printed flyer after the photos with a QR code link to a private photo gallery where they can view all the images taken of the family. 

Family galleries are ready to view within 48 hours of photo day.

Customers only pay after viewing the images and deciding to purchase or not. 

We have FREE home delivery for family photos ordered within the first 2 weeks from photo day.

 The only thing we do encourage parents/guardians to do if they intend to get a family photo taken is fill in  our online registration form, which is accessed via the flyer attached as a QR code link.

 By registering, we can give the school a list of students wanting a family photo. Which makes rounding up kids a bit easier for admin staff.

Family photo galleries are ready for viewing within 48 hours of photo day. We do like to send out an automated email to the families who have registered letting them know the galleries are ready and they can click that email link to view.
