Dear Parents and Carers, The wonderful team at Terry White Chemmart in Langhorne Street Dandenong have joined us in a pharmacy support partnership. Families who are experiencing financial hardship, or who need to access regular medication may have this provided at no cost if they meet the following criteria: 1. Be a new client of the pharmacy 2. Remain a customer who attends regularly to have check in with the trained team to monitor ongoing health related issues and medication such as blood pressure and glucose monitoring, and other regular health checks. 3. Have a valid concession card. The team can also provide vaccines free of cost. Families who have members with mobility issues can also access a service to have vaccines at home, at no cost as part of a home outreach. Simply attend the pharmacy and tell the helpful staff that you are a Lyndale Family member. Sharon, the Manager is happy to help.
