2026 Theme for Wollert Primary School: Empowerment

Dear Wollert Primary School Families,
Just a reminder that we will finish the term at 2:30pm on Friday, June 26th (Last Day of Term 2). We wish everyone a wonderful final week of Term 2 at Wollert Primary School.
Thank you to all the families who attended our parent-teacher interviews yesterday and visited our inaugural Art Show this week. The artwork looked amazing and brought a vibrant, creative atmosphere to the school. Additionally, good luck to all the students participating in the WPS Year 4-6 House Athletics Carnival this Thursday. I’m especially looking forward to the teachers vs. students relay race. Go blue team!

As we finish the term, I wanted to take a moment to thank the students for their efforts in learning and for demonstrating our school values at Wollert Primary School during this term. I also want to extend my gratitude to the families for supporting the staff this term in order to help your child thrive in our learning spaces.
We have celebrated a number of learning opportunities this term, including:
Thank you to the staff who have supported these rich learning experiences at Wollert Primary this term. Your dedication makes a significant difference for our learners in each class, specialist area, and leadership role across the school. To our education staff, thank you for your ongoing commitment to the students you work with and for the support you have provided this term to ensure they feel valued.
To the families, thank you for your support in making Term 2 a success. To the students, enjoy a loving break! Stay warm and take this time to recharge, just like our staff. If you are traveling, have a safe journey. If you have the opportunity, explore, create something, read a book, and apply some real-life mathematics while spending time with your family.
Lastly, don’t forget to enjoy the world game as I cheer on Australia to make us proud, or any country with which we have roots to at World Cup. I cannot wait to see everyone ready for an action-packed Term 3 filled with plenty of learning opportunities.
Stay safe,
Justin Lania
