Mobile Phone Policy

We would like to remind students and families of our school’s expectations regarding mobile phone use, in line with the policy set by the Victorian Department of Education.

Please remember that mobile phones are not permitted to be used by students during school hours. Phones must be switched off and securely stored for the duration of the school day.

This means students should not be using their phones to contact parents or to make purchases at the canteen during school hours.

Before school: 8:30 - 8:55am

• Students can use their phones outside of the buildings
• If students are inside the buildings their phones should be away

During school time: 8:55am - 3pm

• Students are to store their phones in their lockers. 

After school: 3pm - 3:50pm

• At 3pm students can get their phones from their lockers and begin heading home
• If students have catch up sessions or after school detentions, their phones are to stay in their bags during this time. Their phones can be on them, but not in use.
