Student Council Update

We were so thankful to all of our wonderful families for their incredible participation for 'Do It for Dolly Day'. It was amazing to see all of the blue around the school. Your support made a significant impact on raising awareness about kindness, empathy, and standing up against bullying. Together we raised over $400 that we were able to donate directly to Dolly’s dream.

Events Coming Up in Term 2

3rd-7th June: “A week of sunshine”🌞

For the first week of June, EPS will be fundraising to support this wonderful Bendigo based organisation. Sunshine Bendigo is a volunteer group that provides practical support to families experiencing challenging times by collecting, sorting, and redistributing essential new and pre-loved baby goods and nursery equipment.

We are asking for donations of new and used items for children aged newborn – 6 years.

PLEASE TAKE ALL ITEMS TO THE OFFICE.

5th of June: Dress up in Yellow 🟡

We are asking everyone to wear yellow and bring a gold coin donation. All donations will go directly to Sunshine Bendigo.

14th of June: Batten’s Awareness Day: Wear Orange 🧡

As many of you know, we have a student in grade 4 who is diagnosed with Batten’s Disease.

On the 14th of June we are asking everyone to show their support and wear orange as this is Zephyr’s favourite colour.

28th of June (last day of school): Pyjama Day:

Student Council thought a PJ Day would be a fun way to end the term. NO donations are needed, just some warm, comfy PJ's!

Thank you,

Mr Palmer and Miss Jones
