Childhood Anxiety and the Transition to School
Registrations are now open for two free webinars for parents and carers on supporting children with anxiety during key school transitions.
Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District is partnering with Wayahead to deliver these sessions for families with children starting Kindergarten or Year 7.
Webinar 1: Transition to School
📅 Thursday 17 September, 6pm – 7.15pm
For parents and carers of children starting Kindergarten.
Webinar 2: Transition to High School
📅 Tuesday 22 September, 6pm – 7.15pm
For parents and carers of children starting Year 7.
Parents and carers will learn about:
- Understanding anxiety in children and young people
- Supporting children through school transitions
- Helping children build confidence and manage worries
