Southern Metropolitan Swim Championships
Elisabeth Murdoch College was represented by 13 swimmers at Southern Metropolitan Swim Championships. Congratulations to all of the Region swimmers, a fantastic result to compete at this level.

- Taylor Harrison- Second 50m Backstroke
Outstanding achievement from Olivia Aedy, who finished in first place in 50m Breaststroke. Olivia will advance to the State Championships at MSAC early next term. Congratulations Olivia, the whole college wishes you the best of luck.
Year 7 and 8 Sport
A huge week of sport saw over 200 students head out to compete at Year 7 and Year 8 Sport. We had over 20 teams heading out to represent EMC- a Huge number and amazing to have so many students getting involved in Sport.

Langwarrin Family Chiropractic Achievement of the Year award
This months nominee for achievement of the Year is Olivia Aedy. Olivia competed at Division swim carnival with a full program of events including the 200m IM, 100m Breastroke, 5om Breaststroke and both the 200m Freestyle and Medley relays. A huge day of swimming and multiple podium finishes including 1st in 50m Breaststroke.
Olivia then headed off to Region championships, competing against the best swimmers South or Melbourne and ended up winning her 50m Breaststroke in an outstanding time of 39.81. Olivia will now represent EMC at State championships at MSAC early in Term 2. An outstanding achievement and deserving to be recognised at this months achievement of the Year nominee. Congratulations Olivia, wishing you the best of luck at State!
