Miss Langley - Senior Classroom Teacher

In Literacy, we are beginning to create our Information Reports on Iron. We have loved reading about The Iron Man over the term and building our vocabulary books. The students have been completing a daily literacy review to encourage their understanding of sounds and spelling patterns. The literacy review is completed on their whiteboards which they enjoy using as much as possible!

In Mathematics, we have finished learning about division and multiplication. The students have all made excellent progress in their understanding of division and the importance of knowing their times tables! We created an anchor chart together using the students examples from lessons throughout the week and is proudly stuck on the wall for them to refer back to. 

We also had an excellent day on Thursday for Book Week. We ventured over to Raywood for the day and got to hang out with all of the Raywood kids.
