Hello from the Parents & Friends Committee!

 

It was fun to see so many students wearing their rainbow outfits on free dress day last week. We saw many students with colourful hair and accessories and hope that it added some extra fun to the school day for all. Our team is busily working away at planning our next few events, read on to find out more!

DISCO

We’ve been having lots of discussions on how to make the disco more fun this year and hope that it won’t disappoint.  We have had LOTS of feedback and interest in a night time disco. While we cannot offer that option this year, we want you to know that we have heard you and are exploring whether it’s a future possibility. Please refer to the flyer for details about this year’s Disco where we’re inviting all students to shine like a star!

If your student has any food related allergies that we need to cater for, can you please email the PFC with your student’s name and their allergy so that we can ensure we set aside appropriate snacks for them on the day? 

All snacks on offer are gluten free. For other allergies, please refer to the ingredients list included below.

 

UNIFORM DONATIONS NEEDED

If you have uniform items that you no longer need, please drop them into the school office.

We will accept all uniform items, however we really need more winter items. This includes jumpers / hoodies / warm things in all sizes (we are currently very low or out of stock in sizes 10 and up). We'd also really appreciate winter pinafores, skirts, and pants in all sizes.

 

UPCOMING EVENTS

  • 6th August: DISCO! 
    • Tickets are $7 each which includes entry to the Disco and snacks (Chips, lollipop, and a juicebox). 
    • Please pay via Qkr before 25th July.

  • 1st September: Father’s Day stall. We’re changing it up this year and all gifts will be $5 each. Further information coming soon!

NEXT PFC MEETING

Tuesday 5th August, 9:05am in the PFC Room/Uniform Shop (Next to the Canteen).
