Grandparents Day
Thank you to all the Grandparents and family members who joined us for our Grandparents Day! It was so lovely to see our school full of our loved ones. The students enjoyed the opportunity to show their classrooms, work samples and present their artwork/gift to the Grandparents.
Mary Mackillop
This week, classes have been celebrating the Feast of Mary Mackillop by participating in liturgies in class. Mary Mackillop inspires us to never see a need without doing something about it and encourages us all that we can make a difference in our world!
Sacrament of First Communion
Registrations are now due for any student who has been baptised Catholic and made their First Reconciliation. All students must be registered by Friday. If you have any questions please get in contact with myself or Lucille Gravina.
70th Birthday - Sr Faye
Last week, Ms Trish and I visited Sr Faye for morning tea. She was absolutely delighted to hear about our history project and the celebrations we are planning for St Margaret Mary’s. Sr Faye beamed as she shared stories with us of her teaching days in the first years of St Margaret Mary’s being open as a school. We cannot wait to have Sr Faye visit us this term and tell us more about our school.
