I am an experienced Education sector professional committed to excellence through ongoing research, professional development, and continuous improvement. Constructive feedback from stakeholders inspires my growth and strengthens my effectiveness, while my expertise in compliance management enables me to design and implement policies, procedures, and durable systems that consistently enhance organisational performance.

My professional expertise spans Risk Management, Quality and Compliance, Instructional Design, Course Accreditation, Validation, and Scope Addition—ensuring that programs meet the highest quality standards while addressing learner needs. Alongside this, I bring proven project management capability and a strong aspiration to advance into leadership roles, where I can apply my strengths in strategic planning, process improvement, and workflow efficiency.

Above all, I am motivated by delivering quality outcomes through collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.

Beyond my professional identity, I am also a trained classical singer, hobby painter, meditator, and avid nature lover. I believe in holistic healing through plant-based medicine, and I draw inspiration from the balance between creativity, wellbeing, and personal growth

I'm excited to be part of the team! My name is Lulieta, and I’m currently working as an Administration Assistant. I come from a background in education support, administration/reception and retail, which has helped me build strong skills in communication, organisation, and multitasking.

Hello, my name is Merita and I am very excited to be part of the education support staff at Plenty River College.

I’m interested in mental health, especially in young people, and have worked with teens and young adults with disabilities. I enjoy meditation and breathwork and like to focus on wellbeing in everyday life. In my free time, I love trying new restaurants and spending time with my family and friends.

My name is Lynda and I am excited to be working here at Plenty River College as the Administration & Records Officer.

I have a degree in Education and have also worked within the NDIS space, supporting participants, teams and helping to coordinate services. My background has shown me how important it is to build supportive environments where both staff and students can thrive; which is why I’m so passionate about being in a role that allows me to contribute to that every day.

I’m absolutely delighted to be part of this community, and I look forward to growing, learning, and achieving great things together.
