Year 7 Camp

Year 7 recently set out on a 3-day camp to the Coffs Coast Adventure Centre, and what an adventure it was!
Students arrived full of excitement, settling into their cabins before enjoying a refreshing dip in the pool. The day ended perfectly with a campfire, toasted marshmallows, and a lively sing-along.
Day 2 was action-packed, featuring crate stacking, canoeing, and a range of team-building challenges, including a Survivor-style activity. The energy, teamwork, and enthusiasm were incredible to see. That evening, students relaxed and unwound with a movie night — the perfect way to recharge after a big day. And yes — the food was surprisingly amazing for a school camp!
On Day 3, the giant swing proved to be a standout favourite. It challenged students to take risks, face their fears, and step well outside their comfort zones , with plenty of cheers from their peers.
A fantastic experience filled with adventure, resilience, and connection, one that won’t be forgotten anytime soon.
A big thank you to Coffs Coast Adventure Centre, and to Mr Binney and Ms V for all their hard work in supporting our students to create such a positive and team-building experience for our fabulous Year 7 cohort.
