Being Well at Magill

Hi Magill families,

Well, here we are, the end of term three. For school staff, there is a huge sigh of relief as we look forward to some downtime. Meanwhile, many families are about to juggle OSHC drop-offs and pick-ups, visits to grandparents, keeping up with work commitments or trying to work from home while refereeing sibling disagreements; who gets the last slice of cake or who is annoying whom the most!

Over the last couple of years, we have referred to a wonderful website: Calm Kid Central, which offers useful advice on many challenges both parents and children face. The following article shares eight tips on how to manage sibling rivalry. It is the perfect read for the holidays, and hopefully it helps create a few more peaceful afternoons at home.

Let’s hope the kids return ready to tackle Term 4 with renewed energy as we head towards the final stretch of the year.

Wishing you all a happy (and hopefully harmonious) holiday break!

Best wishes,
