What a fantastic start to the term in Year 10 Food & Nutrition!

Students have jumped straight into our Café Culture unit with enthusiasm and creativity. It has been wonderful to see such strong teamwork, collaboration, and genuine excitement for the learning ahead.

Alongside exploring café concepts, students are developing their understanding of cross contamination and mould, as well as building essential knowledge about food safety. We are also refreshing key concepts from previous years, including kitchen hygiene and safe food handling practices, ensuring everyone feels confident and responsible in the practical kitchen environment.

The engagement, focus, team work and positive attitude shown so far have set a brilliant tone for the term. We are very proud of the way students are embracing the learning and supporting one another.
