Responses to Forms

The following forms will close at the end of this term, yet we still have parents yet to respond.

Photo Permission - 11 still outstanding

Google Apps Agreement (For Preps and new students) - 3 still outstanding

Chromebook agreement (For Year 3 students and new students) - 4 still outstanding

Year 3 -6 User Agreement - 14 still outstanding

Prep - 2 User Agreement - 7 still outstanding

As mentioned in the previous newsletter, if User and Chromebook Agreements are not completed students will not be able to use devices to in Term 2 until they have been completed.  Obviously we would prefer this not to occur.  So please check your emails and/or nForma Parent Portal to ensure all forms are completed.
