The Caulfield Primary School Fete Committee is in full swing, and we’d love you to be a part of it! Our annual school fete is one of the most beloved events on the school calendar — a day full of fun, food, games, and community spirit.
Planning an event like this takes a village, and every volunteer — no matter how big or small their contribution — makes a real difference. Whether you can give a few hours on the day, help behind the scenes, or lend a skill, there’s a place for you on our team.

We’re reaching out to local businesses for sponsorships and raffle prizes. If you know of a business that might like to get involved, please let us know!
📋 Volunteer Sign-Ups Opening Soon
Formal volunteer rostering will open shortly. In the meantime, parents and carers can express their interest now so we can match them to the right role.
🗓️ Next Committee Meeting
All parents and carers are welcome to attend! Meetings are open to anyone who’d like to stay in the loop or pitch in. The next meeting is 22nd April 6pm.

🍔 Food & Drink Stalls — Fete Day
Help run a food stall on the day — serve, prep, or manage a BBQ, bake sale, drinks station, and more.
🎪 Games & Activities — Fete Day
Run carnival games, supervise inflatables, or help with craft and activity stations for the kids.
🎨 Decorating & Setup — Pre-Fete
Got a creative eye? Help transform the school grounds into a festive wonderland in the days before the fete.
📦 Pack Down & Clean Up — Post-Fete
Many hands make light work! Help with pack-down at the end of the day so our teachers and staff can go home on time.
📣 Marketing & Promotion — Flexible
Help spread the word via social media, flyers, or school comms. Graphic design or writing skills welcome!
🛒 Donation & Supply Collection — Flexible
Help source raffle prizes, second-hand goods, supplies, or coordinate donations from local businesses.
