2024 PCA NEWS

PCA THANKS YOU!

💐💕Mother’s Day stall:

Thank you to all children, families and staff that supported the PCA in another successful Mother’s Day stall. From all accounts the day ran smoothly and the students (and mothers/special people) loved the gifts on offer.

The PCA would like to especially thank those parents who helped out at the stall on the day and whom helped out in the weeks prior ensuring everything was ready for a successful day. Thank you to Katherine Thorn, Chelsea Giannino, Fiona Cordon, Jess Plose, Briony Van Berlo, Rebecca Clarke, Lou Cashen, Kylie Hodor, Nadya Williams, Alex Elliott, Liz Newton, Ben Smith and Kylie Smith.

We would also like to thank the many staff who assisted in many ways for helping the day run so well.

The stall would not have been so successful without the support of some of our local community business who donated their local talents to help stock our stall. Special thanks to:

  • Donna Matthews (crochet coasters),
  • Christie McIntosh & Family (bulbs),
  • Felicity Dobson & Family (succulents),
  • Ready Scent Dough (bath fizz),
  • Elm Handmade Jewellery (earrings)
  • Kay Auden ‘Yarandoo Park’ (wooden flowers)

💐💕Muffins with Mum:- Thank you to everyone for being part of our first ever 'muffins with mum' morning at Kismet Park Primary. From all accounts it was a lot of fun sharing a muffin, juice and/or coffee with our mums and special people.

The PCA would like to thank all the volunteers, both staff and parent volunteers for your time and hard work to ensure that the event ran so smoothly. Thank you to our magnificent volunteers on the day, thanks to Adele Gibbs, Louise Cashen, Chelsea Giannino, Damien Hodor, Renee Ladhar, Kylie Smith, Scott Cordon, Alex Elliott, Felicity Dobson, Liz Newton and David Newton. Thank you also to the many staff who helped out on the day and gave up your morning to spoil the mums and special people in our community. All of your help and support has not gone unnoticed.

A huge thank you to 'The court coffee bar' in Sunbury for supplying the muffins, Pepps coffee can for keeping us caffeinated, Michelle for her gorgeous table flowers and those locals whom donated all the door prizes. Thanks to the talented Donna Matthews for her gorgeous crochet blanket, Felicity Dobson & Family for their numerous donations, Liz Newton at Ready Scent Dough for her bath fizz, Alex and Ben Elliott for their two bottles of wine and Kylie Smith donating three Tupperware hampers.
