10 June: Great Southern Deadly Jobs and Careers Expo:
4-19 July WACE Revision
This week-long program is designed for Year 12 students undertaking an ATAR-pathway. Students receive specialist subject tuition and learn exam preparation techniques designed to boost their subject grades and increase their potential for direct entry into UWA.
The School of Indigenous Studies supports Indigenous Year 12 students to attend the July WACE revision program for free. All accommodation and travel costs are covered for regional Year 12 students. To be eligible, students should be taking 4 or more ATAR subjects. For final dates and to register go HERE.
New qualification from North Metropolitan TAFE –Certificate III in On Country Management
This course is designed specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and focuses on developing the skills and knowledge required to work on Country, integrating cultural protocols with contemporary land and environmental management practices. Find details HERE.
