Year 12 Formal  

The Year 12 Formal, held at the beautiful Rydges Melbourne, was a fantastic success and a wonderful celebration of the Class of 2026. 

It was fantastic to see students come together to celebrate such a significant milestone alongside their peers and staff. Throughout the evening, our students represented both themselves and the college exceptionally well, demonstrating maturity, respect and genuine care for one another. 

The evening was all about celebrating our students, both as individuals and for the unique role each person plays in shaping the fabric of the Year 12 cohort. It was wonderful to see the genuine connection, support and camaraderie that exists across the group. It was also pleasing to hear feedback from the venue manager at the conclusion of the evening, who commented on what an incredible cohort our Year 12 students are and how respectfully they conducted themselves throughout the event. 

There was an incredible atmosphere across the entire evening, from the constant buzz around the photo booth, to the packed dancefloor and the enthusiasm shown during the awards and recognitions. The energy and positivity throughout the night made for a memorable celebration for all involved. 

A special thank you must go to our Social Leaders, Clover Tarshis and Elle Abrahams, as well as College Vice-Captain Dimitri Giazi, whose leadership and dedication played a major role in bringing the event together. We also extend our appreciation to the Formal Committee for the significant amount of time and effort invested behind the scenes to create such an enjoyable and memorable evening. 

Thank you also to the staff who attended and supported the event. 

We look forward to continuing to celebrate the achievements and milestones of our Year 12 students throughout the year ahead.
