Primary School Update

It’s a big week in Primary School with Step Up Day on Wednesday, swimming for Years 2, 5 and 6 all week and Twilight Carols on Thursday evening!

Step Up Day – Wednesday

Students spent time in the year group they will be moving into for 2026. They saw their new classrooms, met their teachers for next year, and spent time with future classmates. We also welcomed over 20 new students across Years 1–6, and our 2026 Kindergarten classes are full. Please be praying for these new families and their children as they transition to our College.

Our Year 6 students spent the day in Secondary School (except for swimming) as part of their orientation. We will celebrate this wonderful group at their Assembly and Dinner next Thursday, 4th December.

Staffing Update for 2026

We will be farewelling Mrs Mannion for 2026 as she begins maternity leave—we are praying for her and her family and look forward to meeting her little one. We are delighted to welcome Mr Dane Fuller to the Primary School team next year.

Class placements for 2026 have been prepared with care and prayer. Teachers completed a friendship circle activity with every student to help ensure each child is placed with peers they work well alongside. Our aim is to create balanced and supportive learning environments where all students can flourish.

Communication Changes for 2026

All Primary School communication will move to Compass next year, using the Compass Class Page for updates. This means Seesaw will not be used in 2026. Please save any photos, videos, or posts from this year before access closes.

I would like to conclude my message with a wonderful poem composed by Max in Year 3.

We look forward to seeing you on Thursday evening as we celebrate the Christmas season together.

For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, who is Christ the Lord.

Luke 2:11
