There’s plenty to celebrate as our VET students put their skills into action and achieve fantastic results!

Year 10 student Keeley took out first place in the WorldSkills regional Beauty competition, hosted by CDU last week. Across three rounds, Keeley showcased her skills in facials, day makeup and night makeup. She has been studying a Certificate II in Retail Cosmetics at CDU two days a week, and this achievement is a wonderful recognition of her hard work and dedication. Congratulations, Keeley!

Congratulations also go to Year 11 students Bradley and Isaac, who have completed their Certificate III in Aviation (Drones), along with their CASA operator accreditation. Three intensive weeks of block training challenged them to develop their technical knowledge and practical flying skills, a fantastic achievement for both students!

We are grateful to OLSH Secondary School for hosting our students, and to Eddie Bennet, Director of Frontline Training, for facilitating the course. Thank you, Eddie, for your hard work, guidance and commitment to supporting our students throughout their training.

Well done to Keeley, Bradley and Isaac. We’re proud to celebrate your achievements and the exciting opportunities you’re creating for your futures!
