Faith in Action

Social Justice in Action

As Semester 2 comes to a close, our student leaders have been busy preparing for two important outreach initiatives: the Vinnies Winter Appeal and the Macarthur House Initiative: Jesuit Social Services Food Drive. Through these efforts, students are putting their faith into action by supporting individuals and families in need within our wider community.

Community Connections

The ongoing Year 8 Vinnies Sandwich Making Initiative and the Year 10 Nepean Aged Care visits continue to demonstrate the outstanding participation, compassion and dedication of our students. Their commitment to serving others reflects the values of empathy, generosity and active citizenship that are at the heart of our school community.

Living the Charism of Saint Mary MacKillop

Our Year 8 and Year 10 Mary MacKillop Award Program participants continue to make excellent progress on their journey of faith, service and personal growth. Through their ongoing commitment to acts of compassion, advocacy and community involvement, students are living out the values exemplified by Saint Mary MacKillop, striving to make a positive difference in the lives of others while developing their own gifts and talents.

An Outpouring of Generosity

We extend our sincere gratitude to all students, families and staff who generously donated sleeping bags for the Vinnies Van. As the colder winter months set in, these donations will provide much needed warmth and comfort to members of our community experiencing homelessness and hardship. Your generosity and compassion are a powerful reflection of our shared commitment to serving others and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those most in need.
