Fete July 2026 Committee Update 

Hello School Community!

As we move closer to the big day, we are busy refining our setup to ensure a fantastic experience for everyone.

How You Can Help Right Now:

• We’re still on the hunt for a DJ! Let Ian know if you can help. 
• Our book and toy collections are still open - drop off outside the office. 
• If you have an item, service, or experience to contribute to the silent auction, please reach out to the committee or email caulfieldps.pfc@gmail.com today! Thank you yo those who have already made some great contributions and suggestions. 

• Keep an eye out later in the term for volunteer callouts and class hamper donations.

   

Activities

There will be many great rides and carnival games, including a Silent disco

• Arts and crafts, including colour in your own tote and colour in your own bookmark

Food

Confirmed stalls include O My Crepe, Twista Bros, Chilli Express as well as our school-run sausage sizzle and Japanese food stall.

Mostly Cashless

To make transactions smooth and secure, we are moving to a largely cashless fete with additional EFTPOS terminals available throughout the site. However, gold coin donations will also be appreciated and accepted!
