The Centre's National Families Week Art Competition 

We've had some incredible entries for the Centre's National Families Week Art Competition 2026 from children and young people all over Victoria, and we've decided to extend the deadline for entries for another two weeks - until midnight Monday 1 June. 

We are the Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare - the peak body for children, young people and families and the workforce that supports them in Victoria and Tasmania. We are asking children and young people to share their creativity and imagination by sharing an artwork about what brings them happiness. There are no rules about style or skill. What matters is their voice.

This year’s theme is: “What makes you feel happy?”

The competition is free to enter and every entry is celebrated. Each entry goes into the running to win a $100 Prezzee gift card, with 5 gift cards available in each age category. Winning artworks may also be included at events and exhibitions held by the Centre.
