TERM 3 TRANSITION REPORT 

Last Wednesday 30th July we had just under 140 Grade 6 students at St Mary MacKillop College for the Term 3 Transition Day. This was a very important day as part of their transition to beginning Year 7 in 2026. The students were all very enthusiastic and engaged in their learning throughout the day. All the students completed PE, English and Humanities classes along with an LRC Information Session. Some groups were also able to participate in a Woodwork, Food Tech, Music and Drama class. 

I would like to say a big thank you to the teachers of these classes, the excellent Learning Support Officers and our maintenance staff. Also, a big thank you to Emma Webb, Kylie Toohey and Melissa Brooks for their involvement in the planning and coordination of the day.
