St Mary MacKillop College Swan Hill is proud to welcome renowned parenting expert Dr Justin Coulson for a free community-wide parent and carer seminar, thanks to the support of School Focused Youth Service.
Dr Justin Coulson is one of Australia’s most trusted parenting experts. He is the co-host of Channel Nine’s Parental Guidance, the host of Australia’s #1 parenting podcast Happy Families, and the author of 9 (soon to be 10) parenting books. With a PhD in Psychology, six daughters, and one granddaughter, Justin brings both academic insight and real-world experience to every presentation.

This free event, Sex, Consent & Staying Safe, is open to all parents and carers in our wider community. With today’s young people facing increasingly complex issues around relationships, consent, and online content, this seminar offers practical, research-backed guidance for supporting teenagers to make informed and safe choices.
Dr Coulson will share insights into:
- The real-world landscape of teen sexuality, online influences, and risk factors
- How to open honest, meaningful conversations with your teen
- Strategies to reduce the risk of harm and promote respectful relationships
