Health & PE

It has been another fun and active week in Health and PE!

This week, students revisited their learning from our Personal Safety and Help Seeking unit. They reflected on the strategies they can use to keep themselves safe, as well as the different ways they can seek help when they need it.

With the sun shining, our grades headed out onto the oval to brush up on their athletics skills in preparation for our upcoming Annual School Sports Day. There was plenty of excitement as students practised their sprints, lots of laughter as they tackled the egg and spoon and sack races, and great determination as they experimented with different jumping styles and took on the bean bag in the hoop and shot put challenges.
