Welcome to the 2026 school year!
I hope that everyone had a restful holidays and students have settled into the school year.
Below is a quick introduction to community group:
Our first meeting of the year will be:
Tuesday, March 3rd, at 7pm in the staffroom.
ALL WELCOME.
Agenda items will include:
- Easter raffle ( Coordinator needed)
- Mother's Day Stall ( Kristen -0424 704 339)
- Discussingthe allocation of fundraising efforts from the fete/prior fundraising
- Other fundraising and or social ideas for the year
- Official Community Group positions
☕️🍫Foundation Welcome Packs:💐🍩
We hope all Foundation families received a first-day pack, something community group have been doing for many years to hopefully make families feel welcome to our community.
Thank you so much to Meaghan for putting together the packs.
☕️🍰First Day Brunch:🥯🥞
On the first day of term around 15 parents were able to meet and have brunch together at Nobel Monks. Thank you very much to Beth for organising this wonderful morning to welcome in the new school year.
🏡📚Delegates and Facebook Pages:🎓🏠
Most of you will be aware of the additional Facebook pages that exist for each composite year level. There is no pressure to join, but these pages are there to help with reminders, and answering simple queries that other parents may be able to assist with eg: sport day or ‘is there library tomorrow?’
Delegates for each year level are there to help be a contact if you need between home and school.

🎡🎢 Fete Fundraising Figures:🎟️🍿
We finished 2025 on such a positive with such a successful fete and talent quest.
Our fete raised 'over $8000’, (official figures available soon) to contribute to school improvements. We are always looking at where fundraising could be spent or what improvements we could we working towards. Please feel free to let us know your suggestions.
