Welcome to our 2026 Sport Updates
Welcome back to another exciting year of sport at St Luke’s. We are proud to acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of our students who represent our school in their chosen sports. Throughout the coming weeks and across the school year, we look forward to sharing the successes of both individuals and teams as they demonstrate skill, determination, and St Luke’s spirit.

- St Luke’s Athletics Carnival – Tuesday 1 September

T20 Cricket Blasters – Term 4
Please note: Regional sporting events are not included in this calendar, as participation will depend on success at the division level.
Girls Cricket Blast Program
We are fortunate to be offering a Girls Cricket Blast program run by Cricket Victoria on Thursday afternoons for four weeks. All girls from Grade 3–6 are warmly invited to take part. Sessions will run on:
- 12 February
- 19 February
- 26 February
- 5 March
Time: 3:30–4:30 pm Location: St Luke’s PS Oval
AFL VICTORIA – Carlton Football Club Visit
The school was excited to welcome Carlton AFL players for a special visit, where students had the opportunity to take part in a Q&A session, enjoy a fun kick‑to‑kick on the oval, and finish with a signing opportunity. This visit from AFL Victoria’s Carlton representatives added to the buzz of our sporting program and gave students a memorable chance to connect with elite athletes.
