Christine's Corner

Invitation to attend the Well-Being Fundraising Morning Tea - March 18th at 1pm.

Well-Being this year are having some wonderful opportunities to support our parents and carers. We are wanting to create more supports for our whole community through FUNDRAISING. We are looking for expressions of interest for a team of people to build relationships whilst coming up with ideas (many have been brought to our attention).

For this reason we are inviting you to come to our first Fundraising Morning Tea, on Wednesday, March 18th at 1pm. It will be held in the conference room, located in the admin building on Mill Street. It will be FUN, and inspiring to work alongside like minded people that want to make a difference for the Yarrabah Community.

Your contribution and service will bring life changing outcomes. To register your response ring the office on 9580 0384 or email battams.christine.c@edumail.vic.gov.au

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Christine Battams

Yarrabah Walk and Chat Group

To our Yarrabah Community,

An exciting new initiative for all our carers and parents, a Walk and Chat Group, is running every Tuesday and fortnightly on a Friday.

It is a casual way to share, listen and have some fun physical exercise while building relationships and community. We meet at the oval behind the school at 9.15am and walking for around 30 minutes. A cool t-shirt has been designed to bring us together, enhancing the identity of the Yarrabah Walker’s Group.

Looking forward to seeing you at 9:15am on the following, upcoming, dates:

  • Tuesday, March 10th
  • Friday, March 13th
  • Tuesday, March 17th
