EVENTS/ACTIVITIES ON COMPASS

Compass is our greatest means of communication.

We have many activities throughout the school and most permissions and payments are paid/granted via Compass. 

 

If you see an activity below, which may be relevant, please go to the Compass website or app to provide permission and/or payment.

 

If you struggle with Compass at all, we are more than happy to help you at the Office. Bring in your device and we will go through it with you.

BREAKFAST CLUB

Breakfast club has resumed for 2020

Breakfast club operates from 8.30am on Tuesday & Thursday Mornings in the Stadium.

We are needing donations of long life milk please.   1 litre, 2 litre, Full Cream or Light.   

They can be delivered either to the office or directly to Breakfast Club.

Canteen News

Canteen operations have now resumed for 2020.

It has been lovely to see so many familiar faces. I am looking forward to meeting new ones.

 

The canteen is open for lunches on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

 

The canteen is open for lunchtime Icy pole/cream sales

Monday – Friday.

Icy poles can be purchased with cash or on Qkr.

 

Please note all lunches must be pre ordered using online platform Qkr.

 

Qkr offers families the most current and up to date menu and price list.

 

If you have not already created a profile for your child, please do so by Downloading the Qkr app via your app store or https://qkr.mastercard.com/store/#/home

 

For those families who have already signed up, please remember to update your childs details to their current class.

 

Please remember to order and supply a bag for lunches or purchase a bag. It is important that your child hands in their Stickybeak bag into the class lunch basket first thing in the morning.

Canteen Volunteers

 

In order for the canteen to run efficiently, we require some assistance to get food ready, packaged and into baskets.

Please note due to OHS, children are not permitted in the Canteen kitchen.

 

 

Birthday Cupcakes

Surprise or treat your birthday child to a special cupcake. These are available to be ordered on Qkr and can be ordered up to two weeks in advance. Please note your child must collect from the canteen.

Keep an eye out for new flavour coming soon.

New to Qkr

Keep an eye out for new menu items and exclusive offers.

Brain food, Recess Snacks and our Complete Lunchbox are now on Qkr. These can be collected before school by parents or students or at recess time.

 

Sign up for QKR to place orders. It is a really easy app!

Please see the instructions at the end of this article to register on QKR. If you find you are unable to do so, please bring your device to the school office, and we will do our utmost to help you .

 

Some useful points about QKR:

  • EASY
  • The way to order Canteen food now
  • Very safe payment method. QKR is operated by Mastercard and comes with guaranteed safety. (Naturally, though, you don't need a mastercard to pay. Most major cards can be accepted.)
  • No extra charges, topping  up: - just pay as you go.
  • You can use it to order cupcakes for your child's birthday, special foods and other activities as they occur (recently, we offered the Christmas Raffle via QKR)
  • already widely used in neighbouring schools
  • When placing a lunch order, don't forget to opt in for a bag option. See  above.

You can cancel canteen orders if your child changes their mind, right up to 8.30am on the day.  You just need to decide to order something else or if you want, keep it as credit for later.

And if your child likes the same thing each week, you can copy from one week to the next. Just select 'repeat order' in the calendar section.
