Welcome to OSHclub news 2019!
This week we welcomed new students and parents into our OSHclub. We offered lots of different painting activities this week including Bubble writing, Finger painting, Window painting, Butterfly painting and friendship portraits. Next week we will be exploring crystals and mosaics with growing crystals, stained glass bottles, decorating OSHclub windows and stencilling. We offer cooking activities some nights and inclusive sporting activities every BSC and ASC.

Note to parents: General
At the start of each year we ask that parents log into their accounts and update:
- Child’s year level.
- Emergency contact details. Make sure there is someone who can answer our calls when you are busy at work.
- Return/release permission forms. For all activities children leave early/arrive late to OSHclub ie, choir, music ensemble, Class tours, School BBQs etc.
- Any allergy Action Plans/medication/ sunscreen
CCS update:
Many parents have had difficulty booking in the first couple weeks back. This may have been due to the new CCS administration system. If you haven’t used the OSHclub service in 8wks, your CCS enrolment is exited by the Government. This meant that many parents, after the school holidays, could not book using their iParent portal. This is being fixed, but please contact Head Office on 1300 395 735 if you notice this has happened to your account.
NEW changes to OSHclub bookings in 2019:
Bookings need to be made outside of 48hrs before a session. Eg. bookings for Before School Care on a Thursday will need to be made at the latest by 7am Tuesday before. After this time you can no longer secure a booking through your iParent portal. Contact Joey at the program to see if there are any spare spaces left to book for the day.
No more on-the-day bookings accepted. Due to government regulations relating to staff-student ratios, we can no longer take on-the-day bookings. In an emergency, we can offer a place. Please contact Joey to discuss further as cancellations occur during the day, allowing us to offer limited extra bookings. We endeavour to always support the needs of families and will try and accommodate every situation, if possible, but have been advised that we cannot take any more on-the-day bookings.
