2019 Enrolments
Many thanks to those who have returned enrolment forms already. If you are planning to send your child to the Scotsburn campus next year, we encourage you to return your enrolment forms ASAP.
Pen Licences
Congratulations to Eden, Issy & Maggie who received their pen licences on Monday at our assembly. Great job!
Chook Shed
We were very lucky to again have Rick out on Monday to do some more work on our chook shed. The walls and roof are now complete. He’ll be back again soon to get the rest done. Thanks Rick!
Father’s Day Stall
We hope all of the Dad’s and special males in the lives of the students had a wonderful day last Sunday. A big thanks to Raquel and Luke for facilitating the stall. The kids thoroughly enjoyed purchasing the gifts!
Wildlife Park Excursion
This Thursday, the 5th September, Scotsburn campus will be visiting the Ballarat Wildlife Park. Students will enhance their understanding and knowledge around native animals; including their features, survival techniques and habitats. The cost for the excursion is $13. Students will be required to wear full school uniform, have suitable footwear and warm jackets and hats. Please provide students with a water bottle, snacks and lunch, all to be taken in their backpacks. Notes will be sent home this week and need to be returned to your child’s teacher ASAP.

Celebration of Learning
Wednesday 11th September is our Celebration of Learning evening (5.30pm-7.30pm). The students are looking forward to guiding their parents using their Celebration of Learning Menu. A reminder that sausages will be on sale for $2.
Back Creek Farm Visit
This Friday afternoon, the Gr P-6’s will be making their way out to the Back Creek farm School to help them on the farm. The bus will pick us up at 1.15pm and return us to school by 3.15pm.

Term 3 - Lunch Order Roster
Thanks to everyone for helping out with lunch orders. Below is the roster for the upcoming weeks.
Lunch orders need to be collected from the Buninyong campus at 12.40 pm. Please ensure you organise a swap if necessary so that the students don’t go hungry!
Planning Day
On Wednesday 18th September, the Scotsburn staff will be hosting the Gr 3’s from the Buninyong Campus up at Scotsburn. On Thursday 19th September, the Buninyong Grade 3 teachers will host the Scotsburn students down at the Buninyong Campus. This will enable all staff to begin their planning for Term 4. We will meet in the courtyard between 8.45am and 9am on the 19th. Please ensure that you discuss a suitable meeting place with your child for the end of the day. Thank you very much for your flexibility and support.
