Preps Adventure to the Wildlife Park

Last week the Preps had the opportunity to explore Australian animals at the Ballarat Wildlife Park.

It was a great day out and all students had fun seeing their favourite animals up nice and close.

Here are some things the preps enjoyed:

Miss Wood’s Class:

• Finn: “It was cool because we saw Crunch the crocodile”
• Bronte: “We got to see Crunch, he was really big! The Tigers were nice as well.”

Miss McKenzie’s Class:

• Bree: “I really like the Koalas because they were so fluffy.”
• Elena: “The kangaroos were cute and they had baby joeys. We fed the kangaroos”

Mrs Phillip’s Class:

• Navara: “The koalas were so fluffy and they had a little baby. They were eating leaves.”
• Oscar: “We saw the penguins! They jumped in the water and were so little.”

Mrs Davie’s Class:

• Vincent: “I liked seeing the Australian wombat.”
• Euphemia: “We got to pat the kangaroos and see the penguins”
