All Schools State Champions
Saturday 10 August saw John XXIII College compete in the All Schools State Championships, which was also the final regatta for the season. This proved to be a historic day as John XXIII was awarded 1st place overall.
Later in the evening, we returned to the College for presentations to celebrate the successful day and season that we had shared together.
I would like to thank all the parents for their amazing support throughout the season, the coaches for providing guidance and mentorship, and the rowers for taking on the challenge. All contributed to an amazing team win on the day.
Finally, I would like to thank Mr Rob Thomas for his tireless efforts building the John XXIII Rowing Club, and his pivotal role in the strong and proud family it is today.
