Parents Association Update
Hello from the PA and our last newsletter for this first term.
It was so good to see all the kids enjoying the Athletics Carnival on Tuesday and on a beautiful sunny day. Thanks to all the St James parents who volunteered for the day and a huge thank-you to the teachers who put in all the hard work in coordinating the event.
Well we have made it to the end of another term. We wish everyone a safe and happy Easter, a restful break and time with family and friends. See you back at school Monday 24th April.
Our main event in T2 is the Mothers Day lunch, be sure to book tickets early so you don’t miss out on what is always a very memorable event. Further details to follow.

DONATIONS FOR SILENT AUCTION @ PARENT NIGHT OUT
If you have anything for the silent auction, please let Virginia or Connie know. Holiday houses, wine, chocolates, books, children’s items, cosmetics or skin care (anything any-one would like to buy). Or if you are a regular at a business, you can ask them for a donation,we like to support and promote local businesses to the school community.
THANKS FROM THE PA
We are very grateful for the continued support of all our parents, the school and local community. All our PA members are volunteers who generously give up their own time to organise our school events.
Contributions from our fundraising efforts will be put towards many areas across the school. Some initial ideas that have strong support from the PA group and school community are 1) Improving school security 2) Retractable cafe style blinds for the exterior of the undercover area so it can be used during hot or wet days.

- Parents night out - Saturday 5 August 2023 at Brighton Yacht Club
- Colour run - Friday 10 November 2023 at Elsternwick Park
