Congratulation to Matthew Vanotti, Yr 10 and his brother Tyler, Yr 7 who both placed 2nd at the Victorian All Schools Athletics Championships recently. Both boys competed in the hammer throw.

Basketball 

Intermediate Girls Region finals

We lost to Western Heights 15/40 we defeated Copperfield 25/17 then after being equal at half time with Maribyrnong we could not sustain the pressure and they blew us away in the 2nd half 29/56.

 

Volleyball

Yr 7 Girls – Region finals 

We defeated Keilor 20/10, 20/17, defeated Copperfield 20/18, 21/19 and also defeated Maribyrnong to qualify for the Region final. We came up against Northern Bay from Geelong who were a little too good for us (based on one girl who had a gun serve and cleaned up a lot of easy points) 13/20,18/20.

 

Sport Excursion Reminders

  • We are moving quickly to enable parents to give consent and make an excursion payment, if necessary, online. The excursion details for sport are sent to both the student and the parent emails. Parents can only do the online payment and consent on the parent portal – the student one DOES NOT allow access to do the online approval.   • All consent forms must be returned like every other excursion to the front office WITH the payment by the due date on the form.
  • No student will be allowed to bring the consent form on the day and/or bring the money on the day.
  • No CONSENT form - No MONEY –  not returned by DUE date = No GO = get left behind = unhappy team and coach
