A few notices this week for you, so please read on for all your need-to-know information.

With the few events approaching, we kindly ask if you can support us with our upcoming Father’s Day and Trivia Events by donating either a box of chocolates OR bottle of wine. If so, please hand your donation to the front office at your earliest convenience.

Lunch Order Day

ORDERS CLOSE MIDNIGHT – MONDAY JULY 25th

The first lunch order day for Term 2 will take place on Thursday 28th July. Food order items will include Glenroy Pizzas, Hot Dogs and Mini Muffins. As usual, you can make your child’s purchase via QuickCliq. Lunch order days work best when we have many helpers to assist with packing and service of food, so please if you are free on this day and are willing to help, contact Rose Piotti on 0418 306 802. Thanking you kindly for your assistance.

* Important information from the principal, deputy principal and P&F: Parents, please note that lunch order days are a P&F fundraising activity, and we work hard to ensure that you are given enough time to place an order for your children. We kindly ask that if you miss the cut-off date to place your child’s order that you DO NOT bring in any FAST FOOD. Instead, you could consider placing a ‘special lunch’ in your child’s lunchbox as an alternative. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Tony’s Pie Drive

Every year the P&F hosts a Tony’s Pie Drive. Tony’s Pies is an established pastry business on Buckley St in Essendon specialising in homemade pies, pasties and sausage rolls. Their pastries are delicious and make for the perfect quick winter family dinner. Their pies can also be frozen and saved for a ‘busy’ day.

Soon enough we will release order details for this event, and we encourage you to purchase some pastries to fill your tummy and support our school.

Father’s Day Stall

On Wednesday 31st August, Lucy and her team will be running the Father’s Day Stall. 

At the stall, all students will be given the opportunity to purchase their father’s, Granddad’s and/or Special Male Figure an item to present to them on Father’s Day.

Children really enjoy this event, and it is so much fun watching them smile as they decide on the perfect gift to take home. We kindly ask that you supply your children with money to make the purchase as well as a bag to carry their purchased items home in. Thank you in advance for your support with this event!

Father’s Day Breakfast

On Friday 2nd September we are looking forward to celebrating the father’s / special men of our St. Fidelis children. Father’s will be invited to attend a breakfast event hosted by the P&F committee. Details to follow BUT please save the date. As usual we will also be running our annual Father’s Day Raffle – tickets will be released closer to the event date.
