School Council Meetings

The first meeting of the new School Council is Wednesday 16th March

School Council Election

We received one nomination for School Council before the nominations closed and therefore I declare Madeliene Steele a member of the School Council.

We are in the process of coopting a member to fill our casual vacancy.

2022 Spring Fair

Our Spring Fair this year will be held on Sunday 20th November.

The Spring Fair was cancelled in 2020 due to the COVID19 pandemic so we are keen to have our school and wider community together again this year.

We are calling for someone who may be willing to lead the Spring Fair Committee and then other parents and staff who would like to join the committee to organise the various aspects of the day.

If you would like to lead and or join the committee, please email the school (malvern.ps@education.vic.gov.au) with the following information:

School Council Committees

The School Council Committees are an important aspect of its function. Malvern Primary School Council has the following Committees: Buildings, Grounds and Sustainability, Education and Policy, Finance,

Traffic Working Party and Spring Fair (2022).

Each year we call for members of the school community to join the committees. This is an opportunity for the school community to work on a committee that enables them to use their skills, offer their expertise or work on an area of interest.

We are currently forming our committees for 2022. By joining a committee there is no obligation to attend School Council, however you would be required to meet at least twice a term with the committee. If you would like to become a member of a Committee please email the school at malvern.ps@education.vic.gov.au providing the following information:
