2020 has been a challenging and difficult year for many of us. Over the next few weeks it is important we try to make the time to do kind and refreshing activities for ourselves and with our friends and families, things like visiting the beach for a swim, picnicking in parks, watching a movie with friends. and going for a busk walk just out of the city.
