SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT DAY

Mark your calendars: This Friday, June 2, is a School Development Day. Students won't be at school, as our staff will be participating in a network-wide conference for professional learning.

GATES OPEN 8:30

Thank you for supporting the new school opening time of 8:30am. This change has improved the duty of care for our students and ensured a calm start to the school day. Remember, if you need to drop your children off before 8:30am, please contact Kids Academy. For more information, call 9343 5645 or email info@kids-academy.com.au.

PRIME DRINKS

Please note that we've noticed some students bringing 'Prime' drinks to school. These drinks contain caffeine and aren't suitable for primary age students. We kindly ask parents to keep an eye on the beverages their children bring to school.

KINDY ENROLMENTS 2024

Just a heads up that we've started receiving enrolments for Kindy next year. If you know someone with a child born between July 2019 and June 2020, encourage them to enrol sooner rather than later. This helps us plan our classes for next year as early as possible.

SCHOOL BOARD POSITION

Our school board meets once per term to discuss the school's strategic direction, and we're looking for a parent member to join. If you're interested or want to learn more, please let me know—I'd be happy to chat about what it entails.

WARWICK GREENWOOD JUNIOR FOOTBALL CLUB

WGJFC has been fortunate to have been allocated 4 x Fremantle Dockers players to conduct a 2-hour training session with the club.

An invitation has been extended to our pre-primary to year 4 students. The sessions will involve some light training drills with the Dockers players, followed by some Q&A and autographs.  

Details are as follows:

Friday, 2nd June 2023

4:30pm - 6:00pm at Ellersdale Reserve Warwick.

The club will have the canteen open and there will be a sausage sizzle.
